CityLand was honored with the prestigious title of “Best Luxury Developer Southeast Asia 2018” on December 13.

The Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2018 ceremony took place on December 13 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. During the event, Dot Property officially announced and recognized the winners across various categories, celebrating leading developers, projects, and enterprises in the real estate industry.

This year, the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards welcomed the participation of over 20 top developers from countries such as Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, and others.

CityLand outshone numerous major real estate developers across Southeast Asia to secure the title of “Best Luxury Developer Southeast Asia 2018”. This esteemed award was one of the key honors presented at the ceremony.

A representative from Dot Property Southeast Asia presented the award to CityLand.

To qualify for this prestigious international recognition, developers must first be acknowledged for their national achievements by Dot Property Awards. After being named “Best Luxury Developer Vietnam” in July, CityLand was subsequently nominated for the Southeast Asia regional awards.

Developers were rigorously evaluated based on strict, transparent, and fair criteria, including financial strength, brand reputation, business performance, the value delivered to customers and communities, project location, commitment to quality, and unique design.

During the ceremony, a representative from Dot Property Southeast Asia remarked, “CityLand has impressed us not only with its pioneering creativity in its projects but also with its forward-thinking, sustainable long-term vision.”

“We view CityLand as one of the most prominent real estate developers in Vietnam, collaborating with major partners both domestically and internationally, while developing a diverse range of real estate types, all aimed at creating new living values,” said the Dot Property representative.

Mr. Voltaire Cruz, Deputy General Director of CityLand, shared that winning two Dot Property Awards in 2018 is a testament to the company’s efforts in investment, construction, and residential development.

“These awards serve as an inspiration for CityLand to continue its journey of creating world-class real estate projects, not only in Vietnam but also internationally,” Mr. Cruz said.

Over the course of more than 15 years, CityLand has developed urban areas and resorts with a total investment of hundreds of millions of US dollars across the country. Notable developments include CityLand Garden Hills, CityLand Center Hills, CityLand Park Hills, and CityLand Riverside in Ho Chi Minh City, along with CityLand Luxury Villas in Hanoi.

CityLand Park Hills, a model urban area, is among the largest-scale developments in Northern Saigon.

In the near future, CityLand is set to launch a new luxury resort project in Phu Quoc. Located on the pristine northern coastline of the island, this project will feature 5-star amenities, further elevating CityLand’s position in the international market.

The Dot Property Southeast Asia 2018 awards are part of the Dot Property Awards 2018, one of the largest and most prestigious real estate award systems in the Asia-Pacific region. The event is organized by Dot Property, one of the fastest-growing real estate platforms in the region.
